Free Quotes and Estimates

We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all our services. The quote we give you is based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. If conditions change or additional work is needed, we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Your Responsibilities

To help us serve you better, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and the work needed
  • Ensure clear access to work areas
  • Inform us of any underground utilities or property line concerns
  • Keep pets and children away from work areas for safety
  • Notify us of any changes or concerns as soon as possible

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. If you have questions about your invoice, please contact us right away so we can address them.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. For scheduled services, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice. For emergency services, cancellation fees may apply if our crew is already en route.

Safety and Liability

Safety is our top priority. We carry full insurance coverage and follow all safety regulations. While we take every precaution, tree work can be unpredictable. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, hidden utility lines not marked by you, or damage caused by acts of nature.

Weather and Delays

Tree work requires safe weather conditions. We may need to reschedule if conditions become unsafe due to wind, rain, or other weather factors. Your safety and ours always comes first.

Permits and Regulations

Some tree work may require permits from local authorities. While we can advise you on this, obtaining necessary permits is typically your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We follow all local regulations and industry standards in our work.

Cleanup and Debris Removal

Unless specified otherwise, our services include cleanup and removal of debris related to the work performed. We take pride in leaving your property clean and tidy.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you have concerns about the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will address the issue. However, we cannot guarantee tree health outcomes as trees are living organisms affected by many factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
